Eight essential oils for your health

Essential oils not only have a pleasant aroma, but are also good for health. From improving mood and improving cognitive ability, to reducing the symptoms of infection and heartburn, essential oils can easily be combined with your daily health care routine.
Essential oils are combined to address health problems such as insomnia, inflammation, digestive problems, and dental health. Here are eight essential oils needed to improve your health. For these oils (except for oregano), you can leave them in the room or place a few drops of essential oil in the steamer to warm them up.
Lemon
